Attention Miami Heat web site, LeBron James is now on the team

It’s 10:45 EST, roughly an hour and change since LeBron James announced he was heading for Miami. Out of shape Clevelanders are already exhausted from rioting, and yet the folks running the Heat’s web site seem strangely indifferent to the news. Here’s the current lead story:

The Pat Riley statement has nothing to do with LeBron, and they couldn’t shoehorn in more pictures of D-Wade if they tried. Heck, maybe the LeBron news is just below this stuff, so let’s scroll down a little:

I’ve seen web sites that are slow to refresh content, but this is a little ridiculous. After all, this is the biggest sports story in Miami since Ace Ventura found Snowflake the bottlenose dolphin.

Hey Lebron… You made a big mistake going to Miami…. There not enough basketballs in the whole city satisfy that team. Not supporting cast after big three and some pretty big egos to handle…..
