Kobayashi had a worse 4th of July than you did

So 6-time champ Kobayashi was kept out of the Nathan’s hot dog eating contest at Coney Island because he didn’t want to sign a contract with some outfit called Major League Eating. Then moments after Joey Chestnut won his fourth straight title, Kobayashi got arrested. I thought only Pirates fans had to endure Fourths like this:
