This game is no Tecmo Super Bowl, not by a longshot

There’s currently an Atari 2600 game called “Air Raid” being auctioned off on eBay. Current bid? $12,600:

Why the feeding frenzy over this particular game? It was made by a company called MenAvision and ended up being the only game that outfit ever released, and apparently they didn’t put out a ton of units (this was the opposite of the approach taken with the infamous “E.T.” game) Here’s an “Air Raid” screen shot:

Wow, that’s scintillating stuff, it looks like “Missile Command” meets “Space Invaders” with a couple of buildings thrown in the background. But in the early 80’s stuff like this was positively “Call of Duty”-like in the way we perceived it.
If an old game cartridge is rare (it didn’t have to be fun), there are apparently collectors out there who’ll shell out the cost of a decent new car to own it. Must be nice to have that kind of scratch to burn.
Greatest Atari 2600 game ever? Hands down it was this gem. But what’s the greatest game ever, regardless of console? Here’s my top ten:
1. Tecmo Super Bowl
2. Tecmo Super Bowl
3. Tecmo Super Bowl
4. Tecmo Super Bowl
5. Tecmo Super Bowl
6. Tecmo Super Bowl
7. Tecmo Super Bowl
8. Tecmo Super Bowl
9. Tecmo Super Bowl
10. Tecmo Super Bowl
What other game was capable of providing stuff like this?:
